Following a report by Hai Phong Online Newspaper, the road section in Nam Trieu ward will soon be repaired.

The road section from Duong Huong residential area (Nam Trieu ward, Hai Phong) to VSIP Hai Phong industrial park will soon be repaired.

Due to the serious deterioration of the road surface, residents recently used their own money to buy soil and rocks to fill in areas that posed a potential accident risk to road users.

Regarding the report by Hai Phong Online Newspaper about the deteriorating condition of the road from Duong Huong residential area (Nam Trieu ward) to VSIP Hai Phong industrial park, on the morning of October 21, the leaders of Nam Trieu ward (Hai Phong city) worked with VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd. to agree on a plan to address, rectify, and ensure traffic safety.

Representatives from the leadership of Nam Trieu ward (Hai Phong city) and VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd. met to agree on a plan to address the deterioration of the road.

During the meeting, representatives from VSIP Hai Phong thanked Hai Phong Newspaper for its feedback. Regarding the road's deterioration, the VSIP Hai Phong representative stated that they will soon organize asphalt paving to ensure the safety and convenience of workers and residents traveling on the road. The representative also said they will begin construction as soon as possible after agreeing on a plan.

The People's Committee of Nam Trieu Ward and VSIP Hai Phong are urgently implementing land clearance work for the remaining households in the ward so that the units can soon complete the construction of Road 9C (the main road of the industrial park).

The condition of the road before residents contributed their own money to repair it.

On October 17, 2025, Hai Phong Online Newspaper published an article titled "Road to VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park Deteriorates." Following the newspaper's report, residents in the area independently contributed funds to purchase materials to fill and temporarily repair potholes and large depressions, making travel less dangerous.
