SHB extends airport lounge privileges to Platinum international credit cardholders

SHB expects that expanding the privilege of accessing the business lounge at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, will contribute to enhancing the customer experience in the new year 2024.

Accordingly, in addition to unlimited access to the SHB First Club gold-plated lounge at Noi Bai Airport, customers who are holders of newly issued SHB VISA Platinum/SHB VISA Platinum Star primary cards and have total spending of 3 million VND or more within the first 45 days from the date of issuance will receive 2 free entries to the Le Saigonnai lounge at Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Existing cardholders will also receive one complimentary visit to the Le Saigonnai lounge from SHB if their total card transaction volume reaches VND 150 million per quarter, up to a maximum of four visits per year.

Cardholders will receive a notification from SHB regarding their lounge access privilege via email or the push notification feature on their SHB mobile banking app. Customers then simply access their mobile banking and issue a lounge E-Voucher valid for 3 months at SHB Rewards. By bringing the E-voucher and their flight ticket, customers can enjoy all the premium services and amenities at Le Saigonnai free of charge. Importantly, cardholders can also gift E-vouchers to family and friends... The number of vouchers will be reduced proportionally to the number of accompanying guests.
