Shinhan Life Vietnam honored as a community enterprise

The Saigon Times CSR Business Awards honors businesses that have made positive contributions to economic , social and environmental development, held on November 14.

With the 2024 theme “For a sustainable future”, the award recognizes Shinhan Life’s continuous efforts in nurturing future generations through long-term visionary CSR programs, bringing practical meaning to the community during more than 3 years of operation in Vietnam.

Mr. Bae Seung Jun, General Director of Shinhan Life Vietnam (center), received the award.

Notable among them are the S-Career career guidance program; iLead personal value discovery and exploration program; Commitment to giving away more than 50,000 free "Shinhan - An Binh" insurance contracts - a leukemia insurance product for children aged 30 days to 12 years old (implemented annually from 2022 to present); Support activities for treatment costs for children with leukemia in difficult circumstances at Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital (total hospital fee support amount up to 600 million VND in the past 3 years).

Mr. Bae Seung Jun, General Director of the Company, emphasized that social responsibility plays an important role not only for Shinhan Life but also for the entire Shinhan Financial Group in the Vietnamese market.
