At the conference, the trainees were directly informed by Mr. Duong Thanh Quan, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Cooperative Union, of many key contents related to the 2023 Law on Cooperatives and its implementing documents. In addition, there are new support and incentive policies of the State and the province for the collective economic sector and cooperatives; regulations on organizational structure, administration, finance, profit distribution and responsibilities of cooperative members in the new period.
One of the issues that delegates were particularly interested in was the orientation for developing the Cooperative model associated with digital transformation, applying science and technology in production, processing and consumption of products. Along with the dissemination of the law, the training course also devoted time for trainees to exchange, discuss and share practical experiences in managing and operating cooperatives. Many agricultural production models associated with value chains, safe production, and linkages between enterprises - farmers - cooperatives were introduced, creating a forum for units to learn and replicate.
