Quickly handle the subject spreading fake news "leaked literature questions"

Regarding the above incident, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Xuan Hai, Deputy Head of the Internal Political Security Department of the Hanoi City Police, stated that immediately after information emerged about the leaked literature exam questions for the 10th grade high school entrance exam in Hanoi for the 2024-2025 school year, the police force launched an investigation and verification; subsequently, they confirmed that the information was false.

The city police will penalize some cases of spreading the aforementioned false information in accordance with regulations.

Previously, on June 8th, rumors circulated on social media that the Literature exam paper for the 10th grade high school entrance exam in Hanoi had been leaked at 5 PM that same day. The Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, Tran The Cuong, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Examination and Admission Steering Committee for the 2024-2025 school year, affirmed that there was no leak of the Literature exam paper in Hanoi; he also requested the police to investigate and verify the information to prevent it from causing public panic and affecting candidates taking the exam.

Regarding the 2024 high school graduation exam, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Xuan Hai stated that for the national-level exam, the Hanoi City Police have developed a plan to ensure security and safety. The Hanoi City Police will strengthen monitoring and detection of unusual situations, such as rumors of leaked exam questions, which will be verified as false information during the Hanoi 10th grade exam.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Xuan Hai, the police force closely coordinates from the preparation stage to the examination process during these exams.

For the training of invigilators on detecting exam cheating using high-tech methods, the Hanoi Police force will participate in specific training, using real equipment so that invigilators can observe firsthand and distinguish it from ordinary objects.
