Son Dien commends advanced models for the first time

On the morning of August 28, the Emulation and Reward Council of Son Dien commune (Lam Dong province) held the first Conference to commend advanced models, period 2025 - 2030.

Following President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation, those who emulate are the most patriotic", in the past 5 years (2020 - 2025), the Party Committee, government, and all the people in Son Dien commune have made efforts, united, and been creative in leading, directing, organizing, and responding to patriotic emulation movements.

Emulation and reward work has many positive changes, gradually entering life, becoming an important driving force to promote production development, security, politics and social order and safety, creating favorable conditions for local socio-economic development.

Chairman of Son Dien Commune People's Committee Vu Duc Nhuan delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

In particular, the outstanding movements are the People's solidarity to build culture, associated with the movement of Joining hands to build new countryside, the movement of Farmers competing in production and good business, Women helping each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, Building friendly schools, active students...

Emulation movements in the field of national defense and security such as "All people protect national security", "People's Public Security Forces study and practice Uncle Ho's 6 teachings", "Exemplary war veterans"... have also been effectively implemented and widely replicated.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Son Dien commune commended and rewarded 17 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

The Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son Dien commune also launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 with key contents, including: Emulation to promote the tradition of patriotism, arouse the spirit of solidarity and aspiration to rise up; Emulation to build a creative government apparatus to serve the people; Emulation to develop the economy, effectively mobilize all resources; Emulation to improve the quality of education, health, culture - society; Emulation to build a strong political system, ensure national defense and security; Emulation to innovate and improve the effectiveness of emulation and reward work.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade K'Gheo, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Son Dien commune acknowledged and commended the results that the Party Committee, government and people of the commune have achieved in the patriotic emulation movement in recent times.
