Son Duong actively prepares for district-level congresses

Ready for the congress

Pursuant to Plan No. 578-KH/TU, dated January 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organizing model congresses at commune and district levels for the 2025-2030 term, Son Duong District Party Committee was selected to hold the District Party Congress.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has issued decisions to establish sub-committees to assist and prepare for the congress. The sub-committees have established standing units and support groups; developed working regulations and specific action plans for the sub-committees to organize and implement. The support groups for the sub-committees have met and assigned specific tasks to the members of the group. The congress sub-committees carry out the work content to ensure the progress of the proposed plan.

Currently, the district has drafted a political report for the 22nd Congress of Son Duong District Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; issued a propaganda plan for Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 - 2030; and a plan to organize model Congresses at district and grassroots levels.

In addition, the Standing Committee of Son Duong District Party Committee selected Tan Trao Commune Party Committee and Son Duong Forest Protection Department Party Committee to organize model congresses; Hop Hoa Commune Party Committee directly elected Party Committee secretaries at the congresses. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee directed grassroots Party Committees to organize congresses of subordinate Party cells in accordance with regulations. Up to now, 97/560 Party cells have organized congresses, the remaining Party cells are conducting congresses, expected to be completed before March 10.

Along with that, in preparing personnel for Party committees at all levels, the Standing Committee of Son Duong District Party Committee has reviewed and approved the list of planning for Party committees at all levels; directed the branches and grassroots Party committees to carry out the personnel introduction procedures according to plan; directed specialized agencies and Party committees of communes and towns to grasp the grassroots situation to promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising right at the grassroots level...

Regarding the facilities serving the congress, Son Duong District Party Committee is repairing the Hall and the District Party Committee's office premises to ensure the facilities serving the congress.

Along with the exciting emulation movements to celebrate the Party and the Spring of At Ty, activities towards the congress were also focused on by Hop Hoa commune. Comrade Dam Thi Van Anh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hop Hoa commune, said that the locality had launched extensive and practical emulation movements and called on all cadres, party members and people to actively respond. A typical example is the emulation movement to develop the economy and build new rural areas. Accordingly, each village will register specific tasks and mobilize people to implement them, creating a vibrant atmosphere before the congress and contributing to helping the commune complete and improve the quality of the advanced criteria.

Comrade Do Xuan Phuc, Head of the Organizing Committee of Son Duong District Party Committee, said that the district is actively and proactively implementing tasks such as: planning, training, and fostering qualified human resources from the district to grassroots levels, meeting the personnel work; proactively inspecting and surveying local facilities, ensuring the conditions for organizing the congress. Prepare carefully in every aspect

These days, in Ca village, Tan Trao commune, all the streets are decorated with colorful flags and flowers. From afar, the loudspeaker system has been broadcasting the emulation movement to achieve achievements to welcome the Congress of Party delegates at all levels.

Comrade Vu Van Trong, Secretary of the Party Cell of Ca village, excitedly said: The village gate of Ca village is a project to welcome the 27th Congress of the Commune Party Committee. To carry out the project, the Party Cell mobilized 300 households and their children, people working far away, and agencies and units located in the village to contribute with a total cost of over 120 million VND. In addition to building the village gate, the people in the village also actively carried out projects and tasks such as building sewers, beautifying the village roads and alleys, planting flowers and trees. When the project was completed, the people were very excited. Especially, when the Commune Party Congress was approaching, the people in the village were more aware of their responsibilities, joining hands to make the commune more beautiful, worthy of the achievements that had been achieved.

Tan Trao Commune is one of two branches and grassroots Party Committees selected by the Standing Committee of Son Duong District Party Committee for a model congress. Comrade Ha Huu Tiep, Secretary of Tan Trao Commune Party Committee, said: Determining this is a very important political task, both an honor and a heavy responsibility, it is necessary to ensure all conditions for the model congress to take place smoothly and successfully. Therefore, the Commune Party Committee has carefully prepared in all aspects. The Commune Party Committee assigned comrades in the Party Executive Committee and officials in charge to guide and schedule the approval of political reports for 13 subordinate Party Committees. Currently, 12/13 Party Committees have completed the congress.

Regarding personnel work, the personnel subcommittee has drafted a personnel plan, the source of cadres included in the personnel plan all ensure the structure, age, female ratio, meet the standards of professional qualifications, political theory, have capacity, management experience, truly exemplary in intelligence and qualities. Along with the organization and personnel work, the Party Committee of the commune also pays special attention to the facilities serving the congress. The headquarters, hall, and campus are renovated and upgraded to create a solemn space for the congress. The decoration and propaganda work about the congress is also promoted to create an exciting and confident atmosphere among the people.

With the high determination of the Son Duong District Party Executive Committee and the timely direction and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, the first district-level Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee will be a great success.
