Notice of temporary suspension of traffic through the Son Duong town bypass route from Km0+419.69 ÷ Km3+380.23, Son Duong commune, Tuyen Quang province

In recent times, due to the impact of natural disasters, prolonged heavy rains in the province have caused many landslides, posing a potential risk to traffic safety. In particular, the Son Duong town bypass road from Km0+419.68 (from the roundabout to Son Duong 2 bridge) to Km3+380.23 (branch 1 - intersection 3 with National Highway 37) has experienced serious landslides, with soil and rocks continuing to slide down, burying the entire road surface, not ensuring safety for vehicles and traffic participants traveling through this area.

Based on the request of the Provincial Traffic Construction Project Management Board in Document No. 1270/BQLDA-DANN dated September 30, 2025, to ensure the safety of people's lives and property and vehicles participating in traffic, the Department of Construction respectfully announces:

1. People and vehicles participating in traffic temporarily stop circulating on the Son Duong town bypass from Km0+419.68 (section from the roundabout to Son Duong 2 bridge) to Km3+380.23 (branch 1 - intersection 3 with National Highway 37), Son Duong commune, Tuyen Quang province to ensure safety.

2. Traffic organization:

- The direction from Minh Xuan ward to Son Duong commune and vice versa is as follows: vehicles follow National Highway 37 to Son Duong commune and vice versa.

- Traffic suspension period: from the date of this notice until further notice.
