The People's Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward requested the construction unit to take advantage of favorable weather to repair a road section about 100m long.

Since the morning of October 1, the construction unit has arranged machinery and materials to build the road. The repair is expected to last about 3-4 days.

Previously, Lam Dong Online Newspaper reported that in May 2025, Huynh Thuc Khang Street experienced a local subsidence lasting about 100m. The road surface had many cracks, some of which were deep, greatly affecting traffic.

At that time, the People's Committee of Gia Nghia City (old) directed the construction unit to reinforce the road surface and handle the drainage system. However, after digging up the road surface, the construction unit "left it there", causing the road surface to be seriously eroded, making it difficult for people to travel.

The repair is expected to take about 3 - 4 days.

To ensure safety, people have put up temporary warning signs to avoid accidents for pedestrians. At the intersection with Chu Van An Street, some materials have also been gathered to limit water from above, but this solution is only temporary and not very effective.

Previously, Lam Dong Online Newspaper reported the erosion of Huynh Thuc Khang Street due to water flowing into streams after the rains.
