The Toyota Fortuner, a popular mid-size SUV in the Vietnamese market, continues to assert its position with the attractive 2024 version. With a series of upgrades in design, convenience features, and safety equipment, the 2024 Fortuner promises to deliver superior experiences for users.

According to our research, dealerships are currently offering discounts of 50-70 million VND for customers purchasing a Toyota Fortuner in May 2024. This significant discount aims to compete with rivals such as the Ford Everest, Hyundai Santa Fe, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Nissan X-Trail, Chevrolet Trailblazer, KIA Sorento, Isuzu mu-X, etc.
On January 2nd, 2024, Toyota Vietnam introduced the 2024 version with many subtle changes. Notably, this version eliminates the manual transmission option and reduces the price by 63-120 million VND compared to the previous version. The car retains the same design, but adds a sporty black roof exterior color option, along with many modern features.
The 2024 Toyota Fortuner features a more robust design with sharper angles. The front end boasts a wave-shaped grille, full-LED lighting for the headlights, daytime running lights, front fog lights, and taillights. All versions include automatic headlight leveling and a guide light mode.
The 2024 Fortuner's cabin offers spaciousness and comfort, featuring a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with wood trim, and 8-way power-adjustable leather seats. A dual-zone automatic climate control system and an 8-9 inch infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity enhance the user experience.
The 2024 Fortuner is fully equipped with safety systems such as ABS, EBD, HAC, TRC, and VSC. Notably, the two 2.8L versions also feature Toyota Safety Sense with advanced functions like lane departure warning, pre-collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.
The 2024 Toyota Fortuner offers three engine options:
2.4L diesel engine (147 hp, 400 Nm torque)
2.7L gasoline engine (164 hp, 245 Nm torque)
2.8L diesel engine (201 hp, 500 Nm torque)
The diesel engine in the 2024 Fortuner meets Euro 5 emission standards, an improvement over the Euro 4 of the previous version.
