The Deputy Commander of Military Region 9 emphasized that the Ministry of National Defense's gifting of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in An Giang province is a concrete action aimed at contributing to the widespread dissemination of the core values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style to every cadre, Party member, and citizen; consolidating the military-civilian solidarity to become increasingly strong and firm; and encouraging localities to continue promoting patriotic emulation movements among the armed forces and all strata of the people.
