Training on deploying the application 'Electronic Party Member Handbook'

On the morning of October 29, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Party Committee of the Ministry held a training conference to deploy the application of "Electronic Party Member Handbook" online, connecting with the Government Party Committee.

Attending were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ; leaders and staff of the Party Committee's advisory and support staff; representatives of Party Committees and affiliated Party cells in the country.

The conference aims to disseminate and implement Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat and Plan No. 168-KH/VPTW dated August 21, 2025 of the Central Party Office on deploying the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook" and a number of other documents of the Central Party Committee and the Government Party Committee. Thereby, guiding the installation and use of the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook" for Party members in the entire Party Committee.

At the conference, officials and party members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were introduced and instructed on how to use the electronic party member handbook. Accordingly, the electronic party member handbook system is a digital platform for Party organization activities, built on a solid legal foundation, which is Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Secretariat on pilot application.

The system helps party members easily access information and learning materials, participate in party cell activities, contribute ideas, contribute to improving the effectiveness of party work and promote digital transformation in the Party.

For Party committees, the application supports the management, operation and supervision of Party members' activities effectively, quickly and transparently. For Party members, the application provides documents, information and essential tools for studying and Party activities conveniently and flexibly.

In particular, the system provides accurate, complete and timely Party documents and papers; contributes to improving the quality, capacity and political mettle of Party members; creates an effective dialogue channel, promotes Party work; and applies modern technology to Party management and activities.

At the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Party members focused on and seriously absorbed the contents of the dissemination, proactively contributed ideas, contributed to building a strong Party organization, improved the quality of activities, and demonstrated the spirit of democracy and responsibility.

The conference also demonstrated the high determination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in pioneering the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party building work. The successful implementation of the application will contribute to building the Party Committee of the Ministry to be increasingly clean and strong, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
