THACO held the launching ceremony of the year of At Ty 2025

On February 3rd, at the THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park ( Quang Nam ), THACO held its New Year's Launch Ceremony for the Year of the Snake 2025. The program was connected online with locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Gia Lai, 56 provinces/cities nationwide, and in Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and South Korea.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.

At the launch ceremony, THACO Chairman Tran Ba ​​Duong stated: 2025 is the third and pivotal year of the 5-year plan (2023-2027), aiming for THACO to become a regional-level multi-industry industrial group by the end of 2027, fully integrated into the international economy, comprehensively managed on a digital platform, and developing sustainably and stably.

At the Ho Chi Minh City venue, Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO - delivered a speech in response to Message No. 20 – 2025 from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO.

At the Gia Lai venue, Mr. Tran Bao Son - General Director of THACO AGRI - delivered a speech in response to Message No. 20, pledging to resolutely fulfill the tasks and plans for the new year.

Responding to the message from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, the THACO leadership and its member corporations have demonstrated high determination and proposed groundbreaking solutions to complete the 2025 plan and the targets set for 2027. THACO General Director Pham Van Tai emphasized: In 2025, THACO and its member corporations will continue to strive in production and business, focusing on implementing the program to consolidate and upgrade governance, which is a core element ensuring THACO's sustainable development. The focus will be on accelerating digital transformation and developing human resources.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - praised THACO's outstanding efforts in 2024: “THACO has overcome the Year of the Dragon 2024 - a year of many difficulties and challenges - with very encouraging and commendable growth indicators. This has affirmed THACO's internal strength and its solid and robust foundation.”

The Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee called on the leadership and staff of THACO to continue to leverage their internal strengths, constantly innovate, build appropriate strategies and roadmaps, proactively adapt to new developments in the economic situation, and effectively achieve the set goals and plans. In particular, the Group needs to continue building a convenient environment, promoting a culture of genuine work and creating real value; accelerating digital transformation and digital-based management; investing in technology upgrades, expanding scale, and continuing to build a sustainable multi-industry industrial group model. This affirms THACO's aspiration for strong development and growth, and also fulfills THACO's mission of pioneering the country into a new era – an era of national progress.

Following the spirited and determined start to the year, THACO held inauguration ceremonies for its projects, introduced new products at the THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, and exported its first shipments of the year at Chu Lai port.

THACO's investment projects in Chu Lai, inaugurated during the Lunar New Year of 2025, are key projects contributing to the realization of the orientations outlined in the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, namely: promoting the development of automobile manufacturing and assembly, mechanical products, electrical and electronic products; forming a national multi-purpose mechanical and automotive center; developing supporting industries associated with logistics services for seaports, airports, and railways; creating momentum to boost the economy in the Central region, contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the country. These projects also commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam (March 24, 1975 – March 24, 2025) and the 23rd Congress of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. THACO is committed to continuing to invest, expand production scale, enhance competitiveness, and affirm its position in the international arena.
