Thai Binh merges 10 departments to establish 5 new departments

(Dan Tri) - Thai Binh province has just announced the establishment of 5 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee on the basis of merging 10 departments.

On February 19, the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce resolutions and decisions on the establishment of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and personnel work.

Accordingly, Thai Binh province established the Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment; assigned and appointed Mr. Pham Hong Tung to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.

Establish the Department of Science and Technology on the basis of merging the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Information and Communications; assign and appoint Ms. Thai Thi Thu Huong to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Establish the Department of Construction on the basis of merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport; assign and appoint Mr. Tran Quang Trien to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction.

Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; assign and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Chien to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Establish the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; assign and appoint Mr. Ha Tien Thang to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
