Establishment of the grassroots union of Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company

13 employees of Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company ( Ha Tinh ) have officially joined the Vietnam Trade Union.

On the morning of November 4, the Ha Tinh City Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company.

Representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Ha Tinh City attended the announcement ceremony.

Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company was established on April 7, 2010, operating in the field of international and domestic travel services. After 13 years of establishment and development, the company has stood firmly in the market, creating regular and stable jobs for 13 employees.

The company always fully fulfills its tax obligations to the State and implements policies for employees.

Leaders of the Provincial and City Labor Federations presented the decision to establish the Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company Trade Union.

After studying the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the company's employees unanimously agreed to write an application to join the Vietnam Trade Union and the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation decided to establish the Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company's grassroots trade union according to Decision No. 131/QD - LĐLĐ, dated October 30, 2023.

After the announcement ceremony of the establishment decision, the company held the first Congress of the Trade Union, elected the executive committee for the 2023-2028 term.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Thanh Sen Travel Joint Stock Company for the 2023-2028 term was launched with 3 members.

In the coming term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union will coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to determine to build a strong and comprehensive company trade union organization in both organization and movement, paying attention to solving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

The Congress also approved a number of important tasks in the fields of operation of the trade union organization to complete the company's business plan. The organization launched a movement to compete for good workers and creative workers with the goal of productivity, quality and efficiency, contributing significantly to the development of the company.
