Alongside this, the creative emulation movement among young people throughout the armed forces in general, and the "Every Young Person a Creative Idea" campaign in the military in particular, continues to show many bright spots with more than 25,000 ideas proposed annually. During the 2022-2025 period, the "Youth Innovation" award in the military recognized more than 2,200 participating projects.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy, Head of the Army Youth Committee, stated: "In conjunction with volunteer work for the community, the army's youth have carried out nearly 10,000 youth projects and activities at all levels; deployed more than 700 'Green Summer' teams, more than 300 'Pink Holiday' teams, about 400 'Exam Support' teams, and approximately 1,500 'Popular Education' teams... with tens of thousands of officers, members, and young people participating, linked to the task of coordinating and supporting the operation of local government at two levels."
With the hands and minds of young soldiers, 300 "100 Dong Houses" and "Happy Houses" have been built, along with hundreds of thousands of gifts, scholarships, books, and essential supplies delivered to people across the country. Even more valuable, with the spirit of "wherever there is difficulty and danger, there are soldiers," in recent days hundreds of thousands of officers, members, and young soldiers have been at the forefront, present in difficult areas to prevent and combat natural disasters, conduct rescue operations, and protect people's lives from raging storms and floods. From 2022 to 2025, Vietnam has sent more than 800 officers and staff, mostly young military personnel, to serve in South Sudan, the Central African Republic, and the Abyei Region."
“At the Missions, many young officers hold key positions in the Mission’s staff, operations, training, patrol, and security assessment agencies. Youth models such as the “Art Group,” the “Blue Beret Teacher Group,” and the “Vietnamese Culture Propaganda Group” have become deeply ingrained, effective, and a cultural hallmark of Vietnam at the Missions. In addition, youth branches actively organize and participate in sports, cultural, and charitable activities, community education , and health counseling for local people, thereby building an image of friendly, responsible, and humane Vietnamese People’s Army soldiers,” delegate Ngo Xuan Tung shared.

With the action slogan "Young Army Soldiers: Courageous, Pioneering, Breakthrough, and Developmental" and the theme "Young Army Soldiers: Courageous, Pioneering, Breakthrough, and Developmental, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers, confidently stepping into the new era," the Congress identified three breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 period.
The Congress is an important political event, demonstrating the will, aspirations, pioneering spirit, creativity, and desire to contribute of the youth of the entire army to military and national defense tasks, contributing to the realization of the goal of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army, firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, and creating a peaceful and stable environment for national development.
It can be confidently believed that, under the leadership and guidance of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Political Department, and the Central Youth Union, the youth of the military will uphold the glorious traditions, maintain unwavering faith in the Party, confidently move forward, and contribute to the development of a prosperous and happy nation in the new era of the nation.
