Tay Ninh Youth "Pioneer-Solidarity-Creativity-Development"

With the slogan of action "Pioneer-Solidarity-Creativity-Development", the Youth Union at all levels of Tay Ninh, term 2025-2030, will continue to affirm "Courage-Intelligence-Pioneer-Creativity-Volunteer for the community", contributing to the successful implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution in the new term.

The Executive Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term I, 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

On December 4 and 5, Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union held the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh, term 2025-2030. Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang; provincial leaders of all periods and 295 delegates representing more than 75,000 union members attended the congress.

Over the past 5 years, Tay Ninh Youth Union has implemented 3,834 youth projects worth more than 20.4 billion VND; built 256 children's playgrounds; planted and cared for 839,000 trees; renovated and repaired 226km of rural roads; organized social security activities worth 83.9 billion VND, donated more than 13,000 units of blood and provided medical examination and treatment for 25,000 people.

The highlight of the term is the youth movement participating in digital transformation, which has established 96 "Digital Education for the People" teams, with more than 1,500 members participating regularly, contributing to bringing digital transformation into real life.

The Youth Union-Association-Team Movement has implemented many new models such as: Digital Youth Workers; Flowering Electrical Cabinets; Youth Flower Street; Volunteer Saturday; Open Reading-Learning Space... Expanding the youth solidarity front has recruited more than 42,000 new members, introduced 17,500 outstanding members to the Party; implemented more than 3,800 youth projects; mobilized nearly 84 billion VND for social security activities; cared for over 120,000 children...

The results achieved are proof of the Party's extended arm in nurturing and training young successor cadres, contributing to the successful implementation of the Provincial Party Committee Resolution for the 2020-2025 term, creating momentum for Tay Ninh to enter the 2025-2030 term with new development goals and aspirations.

In order for the union work to meet the requirements in the new period, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Thanh Hai requested the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh, term I, 2025-2030, to focus on leading the building of truly strong union organizations at all levels to be able to shoulder the tasks in the 2-level government model.

Focus on strongly innovating methods of gathering youth in a flexible direction, suitable to the reality of the new period.

After 2 days of urgent work, the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh, term 2025-2030, has decided on the slogan of action "Pioneer-Solidarity-Creativity-Development". Accordingly, during the term, 25 model youth routes will be implemented with the criteria of "bright-green-clean-beautiful-safe", contributing to the construction of new rural areas, advanced new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

The Congress agreed on three breakthrough tasks to be implemented during the term: Improving the quality of youth solidarity work in residential areas and in non-state enterprises.

Support to improve digital capacity, artificial intelligence, science and technology, contributing to improving the quality of young human resources.

Encourage and support young people to start businesses, especially innovative startups associated with private economic development, contributing to the realization of the country's economic growth target.

Comrade Tran Hai Phu was appointed as Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term I, 2025-2030.

At the Congress, the representative of the Central Youth Union Secretariat announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term I, 2025-2030. Comrade Tran Hai Phu was appointed as Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term I, 2025-2030.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee presented a golden plaque to the Provincial Youth Union with the motto of action: "Pioneer - Solidarity - Creativity - Development".
