The rate of records with online payment at the commune level in Quang Ngai province continues to increase, reaching an average of 95%. Many localities recorded a rate of 100%, showing that people are increasingly proactive in using digital utilities in handling administrative procedures.

Thanks to quick, transparent and cashless operations, online payments have become a popular choice in most communes and wards. Notably, the number of localities with low payment rates of less than 50% has decreased significantly. This result contributes to promoting administrative reform at the grassroots level and consolidating the foundation for building an increasingly effective digital government.
