More than 1,200 teachers attended the Literature Conference in Dong Nai province.

(DN) - From December 2 to 6, the Department of Education and Training organized a specialized conference on Literature at the secondary and high school levels. The conference was organized separately for each level of education at two clusters: the cluster of schools in the former Binh Phuoc province and the cluster of schools in the former Dong Nai province.

More than 1,200 school administrators and literature teachers from secondary and high schools in the province attended the conference.

The Literature subject conference is one of the professional tasks identified from the beginning of the school year to guide, share experiences, and solutions to improve the quality of teaching Literature at junior high and high school levels; Guide the teaching of Local Education content (Literature subject) in the context of merging Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces into Dong Nai province.

For secondary school level, the conference focused on a number of topics: Improving the quality and effectiveness of Literature assessment at secondary school level; Some experiences in teaching essay writing on a literary work at secondary school level; Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of teaching the content of Local Education on the subject of Literature.

For high school level, the conference focused on sharing, exchanging and discussing a number of topics: Improving the quality and effectiveness of Literature assessment and testing at high school level; Some solutions to improve the quality of high school graduation exams for Literature subject; Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning the content of Local Education on the subject of Literature.
