On September 10, heavy rain and rising water levels of the Nhue River in Hanoi caused severe flooding in several streets in Thanh Tri and Ha Dong districts. Because the water level was so high that cars and motorbikes could not move, the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate used official vehicles to transport people and vehicles through the deep flood.

Official vehicles of the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate continuously take people through flooded areas.

Notably, in the area of Highway 70 passing through Hospital 103, Xa La - Highway 70 intersection and in front of the gate of Tan Trieu K Hospital, the water was deep, causing difficulties for vehicles to move. In this situation, the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate was present at the heavily flooded areas to guide people to move.

To help people cross flooded areas in front of Hospital 103, Hospital K and the Xa La - Road 70 intersection, the Traffic Inspection Teams of Thanh Tri and Ha Dong districts used official trucks to transport people and vehicles through flooded areas.

With flooded areas on Thang Long Avenue and some other routes, the Traffic Inspectorate has regulated and prevented vehicles from entering to avoid deep flooding.

On many other streets, the Traffic Inspectorate units in charge of the area also actively participated in cleaning up and collecting broken and fallen tree branches due to the impact of storm No. 3 to soon clear the roads, serving people to travel conveniently and safely.
