2. Standards , condition Register for recruitment :

a) Be a Vietnamese citizen, aged 18 years or older;

b) Possess professional qualifications, foreign language certificates, and computer skills certificates relevant to the position being applied for;

c) Having a clean record, good character, morals, and health;

d) Not during the period of: violating the law, being prosecuted for criminal responsibility, having limited or lost civil capacity, or being involved in social vices.

3. Method of admission and recruitment : Selection based on qualifications .

4. Lake sơ candidate for organization :

a) Application form : ( According to template ) number 01 of the Council Decree 85 / 2023 / ND - CP ) ;

b) Certificate confirming eligibility for priority consideration in civil servant recruitment ( if any ), issued by a competent authority;

c) Notarized copies: Professional qualifications, foreign language certificates, and computer skills certificates relevant to the position applied for (Original documents must be provided for verification).

5. Lake sơ of people Okay Proposal for appointment to civil service :

a) Application for transfer of employment (with the opinion of the head of the agency or unit agreeing to the transfer of employment);

b) A letter from the agency or unit approving the transfer of employment;

c) A personal resume in accordance with current regulations, prepared within 30 days before the application submission date, and certified by the competent authority;

d) Copies of diplomas and certificates required for the job position being advertised;

d) A health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 30 days prior to the date of application submission;

e) A self-assessment report by the candidate regarding their political qualities, moral character, professional qualifications and skills, and work experience, certified by the head of the agency, organization, or unit where they work (if applicable).
