Twenty voters submitted their opinions via online phone calls to the 35th Session of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council.

At the 35th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, three online telephone hotlines and a public reception department were established to receive petitions and feedback from voters and the public submitted to the session.

On the first day of the session, through the online telephone hotline, the Provincial People's Council received 20 opinions from voters; of which 9 opinions had been reflected in the previous session; and 11 new opinions reflecting 8 issues in 2 fields.

Regarding land management, compensation, site clearance , and construction : there are 7 opinions.

Voters in Hoang Mai ward have reported that some households completed their land use right certificates in 2022 but have not yet received them; they also requested that authorities consider adjusting the compensation and resettlement support levels for the Hoang Mai 2 Industrial Park project.

Voters in Anh Son commune have reported that Song Lam Sugar Company has transferred land to 243 households in the Anh Son urban area but has not completed all the necessary procedures, causing difficulties for residents in obtaining land use right certificates.

Voters in Truong Vinh ward have complained that the Pham Hong Son road project, planned a long time ago, has been slow to be implemented, affecting the lives of residents; they also requested the Provincial People's Committee to consider investing in the construction of a crematorium to meet the people's wishes.

Voters in Vinh Hung ward have petitioned for action to address the issue of housing construction on agricultural land in several wards; they also requested measures to prevent land brokers from buying and selling land, and from arbitrarily building roads on agricultural land, and to take timely corrective actions.

Voters in Vinh Phu ward have requested the prompt issuance of land use right certificates to households whose land adjoins Provincial Road 535 and Le Ngoc Han Street.

Education sector, regulations, and policies : There are 2 opinions.

Voters in Thuan Trung commune have requested that junior and senior high schools not charge students for parking; they also requested increased management of tutoring centers.

Voters in Quynh Son commune have requested the early payment of benefits to non-specialized officials who retire, in accordance with Government Decree 154/2025/ND-CP dated June 15, 2025.

During the session, the citizen reception department received 11 petitions from citizens regarding issues related to compensation and land clearance; exemption and reduction of land use fees; and issuance of land use right certificates.

The results of receiving opinions and suggestions from voters via online telephone hotline and written correspondence through the citizen reception department were publicly announced on the first day, December 11, 2025, before the Provincial People's Council. On behalf of the Session Secretary, Comrade Bui Duy Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council - affirmed: After the 35th Session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and forward them to the competent authorities for resolution and response to voters according to regulations.
