To handle the landslide and rock that buried the roadbed, Quang Nam Road Construction and Management Joint Stock Company mobilized many excavators, excavators and more than 25 workers, working in many shifts continuously for the past 3 days to level an estimated 30,000 m3 of rock and rock, ensuring the first step of traffic clearance.
Currently, the most serious landslide area on National Highway 24C is the section Km 80+400, in Tra Tan commune, where landslides can still occur at any time. Therefore, the unit maintains on-site 3 excavators, excavators and dozens of workers to be ready to respond to landslide incidents, the Deputy General Director of Quang Nam Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company added.
Heavy rains and floods in recent days have caused severe landslides on National Highway 24C, the border area between Tra Tan and Tra My communes, Da Nang city, causing traffic to stagnate. The opening of the first section of National Highway 24C has created favorable conditions for transporting essential goods from the plains to people in remote communes of Da Nang city and Quang Ngai province.
