Specifically, Decision No. 119/QD-TTg dated January 29, 2024 of the Prime Minister clearly states: Mobilizing and appointing Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing (January 29, 2024).

* Mr. Bui Van Khang was born in 1971, hometown An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province, has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in law, and senior political theory.

Before the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province were approved in Decision No. 137/QD-TTg dated January 30, 2019, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department.
