
On the morning of December 13th, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong province met with nearly 100 religious leaders from the three main religions in Hai Duong province (Buddhism, Catholicism, and Protestantism) to inform and publicize the results of the Fatherland Front Congress at all levels. This is the first year that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has organized a meeting with religious leaders.
At the conference, religious leaders heard reports on the results of the Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels for the 2024-2029 term and the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the socio -economic development situation of the province in 2024, and the socio-economic development tasks for 2025.
After hearing the report, religious leaders expressed their joy that Hai Duong province had made efforts and worked together to achieve many important results in socio-economic fields; fulfilling the goals set by the Fatherland Front Congress at all levels.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, requested that in the coming time, religious leaders in Hai Duong province strengthen the dissemination of the Party and State's policies and laws. They should actively mobilize resources to reduce poverty and achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for the poor by 2025. They should also promote and mobilize the people in land clearance; participate in organizing public consultations on draft documents for the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Furthermore, they should be vigilant against all schemes of hostile forces that exploit religion to divide and undermine national unity.
Focus on researching, implementing, and effectively carrying out the Resolutions of the Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Mobilize the people and people of all religions to effectively participate in emulation movements and campaigns, especially the "All People Unite to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign...
Unity and mutual support contribute to economic development and poverty reduction; effective utilization of capital resources to invest in production and business development, job creation, and sustainable poverty reduction, thereby contributing to the successful achievement of political goals and tasks, socio-economic development, and maintaining national defense and security of the province.

Promote activities of gratitude and humanitarian charity; with particular attention to helping families who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, homeless people, orphans, people with disabilities, and people in difficult circumstances…
Hai Duong currently has 1,164 places of worship; 621 Religious leaders, monks, and 218,939 followers, accounting for over 11% of the province's total population.
Over the years, people of all religions in Hai Duong province have consistently demonstrated a tradition of patriotism, a spirit of hard work, creativity, and compassion. The emulation movement among religious communities has closely followed the political, economic, social, and national defense and security tasks of the province and localities; programs have been widely launched and have spread to religious establishments in diverse and rich forms, attracting the active participation and response of a large number of religious followers, fostering a tradition of solidarity, hard work, creativity, overcoming difficulties and challenges, and making significant contributions to the overall development of the province.
