Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh is currently Head of the Department of Teaching Methods, College of Education, Hue University.

Tran Thi Ngoc Anh graduated from Hue University of Education in 2008, majoring in Physics Education, and was retained at the school as a lecturer.

From September 2015 to present, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh is a lecturer, Head of Teaching Methodology Department, Party Committee Member of Physics Faculty, University of Education, Hue University.

Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh was awarded a PhD in 2018, majoring in Physics theory and teaching methods.
