Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1986, from Thach Ha, Ha Tinh province) is one of the three youngest candidates for associate professor in the field of education .

Tran Thi Ngoc Anh graduated from Hue University of Education in 2008 with a major in Physics Education and was retained by the university as a lecturer.
From September 2015 to the present, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh has been a principal lecturer, Head of the Teaching Methods Department, and Party Committee member of the Physics Faculty, Hue University of Education.
Tran Thi Ngoc Anh was awarded her PhD in 2018, specializing in the theory and methodology of teaching Physics.
Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh has published 36 scientific articles, including 5 in prestigious international journals; and has published 3 books by reputable publishers.
