The Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee organized many working delegations to communes and wards, especially communes in remote areas and areas with many ethnic minorities, to closely inspect and direct the grassroots to successfully implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term, determined to soon create new changes.

Comrade Huynh Huu Tri, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, Head of Working Group No. 40 of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee spoke at the working session with the Party Committee of Phuoc Long commune.

Accordingly, Inspection Team No. 40 led by Comrade Huynh Huu Tri, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Phuoc Long Commune Party Committee on the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial and Commune Party Congresses, term 2025-2030.

Reporting to the Inspection Team, the Standing Committee members of the Phuoc Long Commune Party Committee said that immediately after the congress, the unit had developed and issued the working regulations of the Party Executive Committee; assigned tasks to each member of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, ensuring principles, in accordance with the capacity, strengths and requirements of each field. The assignment was implemented in the direction of clearly identifying people and tasks, linking personal responsibility with assigned tasks.

Phuoc Long Commune Party Secretary Pham Thanh Phuoc affirmed that the ideological situation of cadres and party members in the locality is basically stable; however, the locality is currently lacking many staff compared to the job position plan.

Along with that, the Party Committee of Phuoc Long commune also urgently developed a plan and organized the implementation of propaganda work, thoroughly grasping the resolution in many forms such as: Organizing conferences to deploy for all party members; directing affiliated party cells and socio-political organizations to integrate propaganda into party cell activities and group meetings, conferences; propagating on the loudspeaker system, electronic information page, Zalo, Facebook... Specifically, the Party Committee Standing Committee organized 12 conferences to thoroughly grasp the resolution with 1,320 party members attending, reaching 91.66%, the rest went to work far away.

Concluding the working session, comrade Huynh Huu Tri, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the initiative of the Phuoc Long Commune Party Committee in leadership and direction, especially in disseminating and implementing action programs and building inspection and supervision programs.

Comrade Huynh Huu Tri requested the Party Committee of Phuoc Long commune to continue to promote propaganda and widely disseminate to cadres, party members and people to resolutely implement the goals set out in the Resolution.

For the goal of building a ward by 2030, the Phuoc Long Commune Party Committee needs to pay special attention to difficult targets related to infrastructure and population size, in order to develop appropriate plans and solutions. The implementation of the local Resolution must be linked to the policies and Resolutions of the Central Government, avoiding duplication in determining key tasks and breakthroughs.

On the other hand, the commune needs to carefully review to implement coordination regulations well; focus on solving outstanding problems and limitations; at the same time pay attention to investing in rural infrastructure and orienting sustainable agricultural development in the coming time...

Also on the above content, Working Group No. 2 led by Comrade Vo Van Luc, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, as Head of the Team inspected and worked with Vinh Loc commune on the work of deploying, disseminating and concretizing the implementation of important Resolutions of the Politburo.

Currently, Vinh Loc Commune Party Committee has 28 subordinate party organizations, including 13 hamlet party cells, 2 cooperative party cells and 13 grassroots party cells, with a total of 533 party members. The main economic activity of the commune is the rice-shrimp model with an area of ​​6,500 hectares, combined with raising other aquatic species. Basic commercial services meet the essential needs of the people with 2 market points.

The commune has 3 key traffic routes passing through including: Ho Chi Minh road (6.6km long), Can Tho-Ca Mau expressway (7.7km long) and Phuoc Long-Ba Dinh provincial road (15.3km long)...

Speaking at the inspection, comrade Vo Van Luc, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, highly appreciated the results achieved by the Vinh Loc Commune Party Committee in the past time. The commune has issued documents to specifically implement the Resolution, thereby putting the Politburo's policies into practice, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, improving people's lives, building an increasingly prosperous locality, worthy of the tradition of the revolutionary homeland.

As a result, 3 online conferences were organized for key officials of the commune, 6 in-person conferences, 114 party cell meetings, through which nearly 95% of party members participated in the study.

Speaking at the inspection session, comrade Nguyen Nam Phong, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, requested the Ninh Quoi Commune Party Committee to revise the report and send it to the Working Group soon.
