According to data analysis by Dan Tri newspaper , the 135 candidates who achieved the highest scores in the D01 subject group (mathematics, literature, English) nationwide had scores ranging from 27.30 to 29.00 points (equivalent to an average of 9.10 points/subject or higher).
Notably, Hanoi accounted for 52 out of a total of 135 candidates. Provinces with a large number of high-scoring candidates include Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, etc.
This year, the high school graduation exam is being held with subjects for students studying under the 2018 general education program, according to the new exam format.
At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training continues to organize exams for students who studied under the 2006 general education program but have not yet graduated or who need to retake the exams for university admission.
Previously, the grading of high school graduation exams took place from July 5th to July 13th.
The process of recognizing high school graduation must be completed no later than July 18th. The issuance of temporary graduation certificates, return of academic transcripts and other related certificates (original copies) to candidates must be completed by the principal of each high school no later than July 22nd.
Print and send the exam results certificates to candidates, completing this no later than July 22nd.
The process of receiving appeals and compiling the list of those seeking re-evaluation will take place from July 16th to July 25th. The recognition of high school graduation after re-evaluation will be completed no later than August 8th.
From July 10th to 20th, the Departments of Education and Training will provide supplementary accounts to candidates (who have graduated from high school or vocational school) who do not yet have an account to register for admission on the system, so that they can register online.
Other candidates can register their admission preferences on the system from July 16th to 5 PM on July 28th (with no limit on the number of preferences).
On July 21st, the Ministry of Education and Training will announce the minimum quality standards for admission to teacher training and health-related fields requiring professional licenses.
From 5 PM on July 23rd, educational institutions will announce the minimum application scores and equivalent admission scores on their systems and websites. From July 29th to 5 PM on August 5th, candidates can pay the application fee online through the system.
Training institutions will announce the list of successful candidates in the first round from 5 PM on August 22nd. Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the system from 5 PM on August 30th. Training institutions (with remaining vacancies) will announce supplementary admissions from September 1st.
