At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City - announced the decision to approve the election results of Mr. Vu Hong Thuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vung Tau Ward, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward.

At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also approved the election results for the positions of Chairman of the People's Committee of Dat Do Commune for Mr. Tran Thanh Huyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dat Do Commune and Chairman of Binh Chau Commune for Mr. Nguyen Do Hai Thuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Chau Commune.
