On the afternoon of July 2nd, at Go Dau Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City), the Youth Pioneer and Children's Newspapers, in coordination with the Vietnam Football Federation and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports , held a press conference to announce the final round of the Youth Football Tournament (U13).
At the press conference, the organizers announced that the Final Round of the Yamaha Cup 2025 National Youth Football Tournament (U13) will take place in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong ) from July 1st to July 14th, 2025, with the participation of 16 outstanding youth (U13) teams that have advanced from the qualifying rounds.
The teams that qualified for the finals include Phu Tho, Hanoi, PVF, Nam Dinh, HADUWACO Hai Duong, Song Lam Nghe An, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, Hue, SHB Da Nang, Quang Nam , LP Bank Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ho Chi Minh City, Navy Phu Nhuan Ho Chi Minh City, former Binh Duong, Becamex Binh Duong, and former VES Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Within the framework of the 2025 Yamaha Cup National Youth Football (U13) Finals, Yamaha Motor Vietnam and the Organizing Committee, in collaboration with the leadership of the Júbilo Iwata team (Japan), organized the "U13 Yamaha Cup Football Training Program with Coach Júbilo Iwata" on July 4th at Go Dau Stadium and a seminar to exchange experiences in training and coaching U13 Yamaha Cup and Júbilo Iwata football at Becamex Hotel.
According to the organizing committee, over the past 28 years, the tournament has become increasingly refined in terms of organization and professionalism. At the press conference, Cao Van Chong, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, said that this is a national-level football tournament, creating a playground for young people nationwide, thereby discovering talents for development. According to him, this is the first large-scale sports event to be organized in the newly established Ho Chi Minh City.
