Giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to disadvantaged students in Thanh Son

On September 11th, the Thanh Son District Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Compassionate Parents Association - Hanoi Branch, organized a Mid-Autumn Festival gift-giving program for disadvantaged students in Tinh Nhue commune, Thanh Son district.

Delegates presented Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to underprivileged students in Tinh Nhue commune.

During the program, the delegation visited, encouraged, and presented 70 gifts, each including sweets, toys, and cash, to disadvantaged children and underprivileged students attending Tinh Nhue Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary Schools in Tinh Nhue commune, with a total value of 21 million VND. This is a practical and meaningful activity aimed at bringing a joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival to underprivileged children in mountainous areas. It also contributes to encouraging and motivating them to overcome difficulties and achieve good academic results.

Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Charity House for Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuoi's family in Tan hamlet, Tinh Nhue commune.

On this occasion, the delegation held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a charitable house and presented 50 million VND to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuoi - a poor household with particularly difficult circumstances in Tan hamlet, Tinh Nhue commune. The house is expected to be completed in November this year to replace the old house which is in serious disrepair.
