On the afternoon of August 10, the Provincial Business Association and the consulting unit coordinated with the People's Committee of Vu Thu district to organize a conference to deploy the implementation of the Department, Sector, District and City Competitiveness Index (DDCI) of Thai Binh province on a technology platform in 2023 for officials of departments, offices, leaders of communes and towns and more than 100 enterprises and cooperatives in Vu Thu district.

In order to help businesses understand the role, meaning and importance of the DDCI Index, the leaders of the Provincial Business Association have disseminated the purpose, requirements and contents of measuring the DDCI Index on a digital technology platform. The Provincial Business Association hopes that businesses in Vu Thu will actively respond to participate in the survey and score the component indexes of the DDCI in 2023 on a digital technology platform. In order for the quality of the DDCI Index survey to achieve high results, each business needs to focus on carefully studying the content of the survey form and performing well the skills and operations of using the DDCI survey software.

With the hope that the DDCI in 2023 will help the district Party Committee and government grasp the current situation of local economic management, promptly direct to improve competitiveness, improve the investment and business environment, the leader of the People's Committee of Vu Thu district requested each enterprise to be impartial, objective, and responsible in evaluating the component indexes in the DDCI Index. The district's viewpoint is that the government accompanies businesses, the success of businesses is also the success of the government, so the People's Committee of the district hopes that businesses will frankly reflect their actual operations and the capacity, responsibility, and attitude of civil servants performing tasks at departments and offices that have administrative procedure contact with businesses through the DDCI survey in 2023.
