Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center deploys artificial kidney dialysis technique

Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center is a Grade III medical examination and treatment facility, with 70 beds and 34 doctors serving about 130,000 people in the area.

After a period of preparation in terms of facilities, equipment and machinery; the team of doctors and nurses were trained and transferred hemodialysis techniques from Thong Nhat Dong Nai General Hospital and Binh Phuoc General Hospital. Up to now, Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center has officially deployed hemodialysis techniques.

The implementation of hemodialysis technology at Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center not only demonstrates the local health sector's interest in improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, but also affirms its determination to bring high-quality medical services closer to the people.

Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen requested the Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center to continue to train specialized human resources, ensuring that there are always enough highly qualified doctors to coordinate work and ensure professional initiative. At the same time, continue to learn, update knowledge, master techniques, strictly follow professional procedures to ensure absolute safety for patients. In addition, do a good job of managing, operating, and preserving machinery and equipment systems.

At the same time, proactively coordinate with Thong Nhat Dong Nai General Hospital and Binh Phuoc General Hospital to continue to receive professional and technical support and handle arising professional issues (if any) during the implementation of artificial kidney dialysis techniques.

Up to now, Dong Nai province has had 17 medical facilities implementing hemodialysis, including 13 public medical facilities and 4 non-public facilities with over 280 hemodialysis machines.
