Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission encourages forces to participate in parades and marches

On the afternoon of April 26, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee, led a working delegation of the Central Steering Committee to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country, visited and presented gifts to encourage the forces participating in the parade and marching in the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

Also attending were Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security ; representatives of the Ministry of Public Security, Military Region 7 Command, leaders of several central ministries, branches and Dong Nai province.

At Division 309, Military Region 7 (located in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai ), Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia and the working delegation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to soldiers of 6 military force blocs under the responsibility of Military Region 2, including: Party flag and national flag bloc; Red flag bloc; Army Officer bloc; Army Soldier bloc; Special Forces bloc and Armored Soldier bloc.

On the same afternoon, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to soldiers of 5 groups of the Ministry of Public Security who were practicing at the Southeast Mobile Police Regiment (located in Tam Phuoc commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province), including: Male People's Security Officers; Male People's Police Officers; Male Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Officers; United Nations Peacekeeping Police Officers and Male Mobile Police Soldiers.

Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia praised and highly appreciated the efforts of the soldiers and units in training to carry out the A50 task of the parade and march to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. For the soldiers of the armed forces of Military Region 2, they have recently successfully completed the task of the parade and march to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Day, leaving a special mark and affection from the army and people of the whole country. The soldiers of the armed forces had a very meaningful march, were happily welcomed by the people and received special affection; thereby strengthening the confidence and adding motivation for the soldiers to successfully complete the parade and marching task.

Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia believes that the armed forces will not only successfully complete the task of marching and parading at the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, but will also continue to train and strive to serve the people; and will soon participate in the parade and march at the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia hopes that in the coming time, the armed forces will continue to thoroughly grasp the significance of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; affirm the achievements, traditions and great victories of our nation in the resistance wars, especially in the resistance war against the US to save the country; affirm the spirit of great solidarity, patriotism, intelligence and mettle of the entire nation; the determination to fight and win of the Vietnam People's Army, the Vietnam People's Public Security and our three armed forces that have participated in the resistance wars, in the cause of protecting and building the country.
