Ho Chi Minh City University of Management and Technology (UMT) officially launched its 2026 talent scholarship program with a total value of over 111 billion VND.

UMT awards talent scholarships to candidates with outstanding academic achievements and exceptional performance in the fields of arts, sports, scientific research, etc.

The talent scholarship program is for candidates with outstanding academic achievements and exceptional performance in the fields of arts, sports , scientific research, community activities, and international integration.

Each year, UMT maintains a policy of awarding valuable scholarships to provide financial support and encourage the academic and creative spirit of the new generation of students. Continuing this direction, for the 2026 academic year, all active students enrolling at UMT will receive scholarships starting from 90 million VND per scholarship. Specifically:

The Global Scholarship – covering 100% of tuition fees for the entire course – will award 15 scholarships to candidates with a GPA of 25.5 or higher.

The Unique Scholarship – covering 60% of the full course tuition (from 218 million VND/scholarship) – will be awarded to 30 candidates with a GPA of 24.5 or higher.

Liberal Scholarships – covering 48% of the total tuition fee (from 174 million VND/scholarship) – are awarded to 200 candidates with a GPA of 22.5 or higher.

The Future Scholarship – covering 30% of the total tuition fee (from 109 million VND/scholarship) – awards 455 scholarships to candidates with a GPA of 21 or higher.

UMT announced that successful applicants in the 2026 admissions round will have tuition fees starting from only 17 million VND per semester, with a commitment that tuition fees will remain unchanged for the entire course.
