Lao Cai High School for the Gifted exchanges with Victoria High School (Singapore)

On December 5, at Lao Cai High School for the Gifted, a cultural and artistic exchange festival and meeting took place between teachers and students of Lao Cai High School for the Gifted (Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam) and a group of 31 teachers and students from Victoria High School (Singapore).

Within the framework of the program, teachers and students of the two schools watched an introductory video about Lao Cai Specialized High School and Victoria High School, and learned about the learning activities and educational environment of each school.

Teachers and students of Victoria Senior High School attended the program.

In addition, students from both schools also carried out exchange activities, introducing the culture and customs of the two countries; participated in vibrant and unique performances; shared about a day of students from Lao Cai High School for the Gifted and Victoria High School; experienced some Vietnamese folk games; participated in mass dance instruction activities, creating a youthful and exciting exchange atmosphere.

Students from two schools introduced their schools as well as the cultures of the two countries.

The exchange and meeting program between the two schools is an opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of culture, customs and academic life; contributing to enhancing the exchange of knowledge and learning skills between students of the two schools, while creating conditions for them to share experiences in studying and extracurricular activities.

This will be an important foundation for a sustainable cooperative relationship between the two schools in the future, contributing to promoting international exchange and cooperation in the field of education. Thereby, promoting the spirit of solidarity and friendship between the two countries Vietnam - Singapore in general, and between Lao Cai High School for the Gifted and Victoria High School in particular.
