Muong Gion Primary School has 38 staff and teachers; the Party branch has 30 members. Annually, the Party Committee focuses on directing staff and Party members to effectively implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. They organize political activities and thematic discussions on learning and following the example of President Ho Chi Minh; effectively implement democratic regulations and the code of ethics for teachers, and emphasize the cultivation of character and lifestyle. They link the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh with the emulation movements "Good Teaching - Good Learning," "Every Teacher is a Role Model for Self-Study and Creativity," and "Building a Friendly School, Active Students," contributing to improving the overall quality of education. Annually, 100% of Party members develop commitments to setting an example and a training plan appropriate to their assigned tasks.
Teacher Tong Van Vi, Party Secretary and Principal of the school, said: "During the 2020-2025 period, the Party Committee selected the breakthrough content of 'Building a school that meets National Standards Level 1'; directing the School Board to develop a detailed plan, evaluate the criteria that have been met and those that have not to be met in order to promptly address any shortcomings. At the same time, we promoted social mobilization and attracted resources to invest in facilities and equipment. As a result, in January 2025, the school was recognized as having achieved Level 2 educational quality accreditation and National Standard Level 1."
The school regularly organizes professional development activities focused on lesson study, addressing teaching challenges, sharing experiences, and innovating teaching methods. The school administration and subject departments periodically observe classes, support teachers in using new textbooks, and apply active teaching methods. Many teachers proactively innovate and effectively apply information technology, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning. Currently, 100% of teachers and administrators meet the standards and successfully complete their annual tasks.
Having been recognized as an excellent teacher for many years, Ms. Giang Thi Tuoi, a teacher of cultural subjects, said: "Following President Ho Chi Minh's example, I always actively participate in the school's and the education sector's emulation movements, constantly self-learning to improve my professional competence. I focus on innovating teaching methods, using electronic lesson plans with many visual images and clips to help students absorb and understand the lessons best."
The school's Party Committee also directed the synchronized implementation of the 2018 general education program for all grades from 1 to 5, organizing integrated and interdisciplinary teaching, focusing on developing students' competencies and qualities. The content of "following Uncle Ho's teachings" was integrated into flag-raising ceremonies and extracurricular activities; in particular, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school's Party Committee organized flag-raising ceremonies with the theme "May with the Beloved Uncle Ho" and activities such as "Telling Stories about Uncle Ho," contributing to fostering ideals, self-study, and self-improvement among teachers and students. In the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of students were promoted to the next grade, with 25% achieving excellent results, 15% achieving good results, and 99.5% completing the class curriculum.
Continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, the Party Branch of Muong Gion Primary School continues to select breakthrough content in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, linking it with practical topics; promoting the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially the leaders; combining study with professional activities, promoting the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning, and improving the overall quality of education.
