Muong Gion Primary School has 38 cadres and teachers; the Party cell has 30 party members. Every year, the Party cell focuses on directing cadres and party members to effectively implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Organize political activities, topics on studying and following Uncle Ho; effectively implement democratic regulations, regulations on teachers' ethics, focus on training qualities and lifestyle. Link studying and following Uncle Ho with the emulation movements "Teaching well - learning well", "Each teacher is an example of self-study and creativity", "Building a friendly school, active students", contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education. Every year, 100% of party members build a commitment to set an example and a training plan suitable for the assigned tasks.

Teacher Tong Van Vi, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of the school, said: In the period of 2020-2025, the Party Cell has chosen the breakthrough content of "Building a school that meets national standards level 1"; directed the Board of Directors to develop a detailed plan, evaluate the achieved and unachieved criteria to promptly overcome. At the same time, promote socialization, mobilize resources to invest in facilities and equipment. Thanks to that, in January 2025, the school was recognized as achieving level 2 education quality accreditation and a national standard school level 1.

The school regularly organizes professional activities in the direction of studying lessons, solving difficulties in teaching, sharing experiences and innovating teaching methods. The Board of Directors and professional groups periodically observe classes, visit classes, support teachers in using new textbooks and applying active teaching methods. Many teachers proactively innovate and effectively apply information technology, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning. Currently, 100% of teachers and managers meet the standards and complete their annual tasks well.

Recognized for many years as an excellent teacher, teacher Giang Thi Tuoi, a teacher of cultural subjects, said: Learning and following Uncle Ho, I always actively participate in the emulation movements of the school and the education sector, constantly self-studying to improve my professional capacity. I focus on innovating teaching methods, using electronic lesson plans, with many visual images and clips to help students absorb and understand the lessons best.

The School Party Cell also directed the synchronous implementation of the 2018 general education program for all grades from 1 to 5, organizing integrated and interdisciplinary teaching, focusing on developing students' abilities and qualities. The content of "following Uncle Ho's words" is integrated into flag-raising hours and extracurricular activities; in particular, in the 2024-2025 school year, the School Party Cell organized flag-raising activities with the theme "May with beloved Uncle Ho" and the activity "Telling Uncle Ho's stories", contributing to fostering ideals, self-study awareness and training for teachers and students. In the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of students were promoted to the next grade, of which 25% completed excellently, 15% completed well and 99.5% completed the class program.
