Youth from Party agencies in Hue City launch "Winter Volunteer Campaign" in Binh Dien.

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of December 13th, the Hue City Party Committee's delegation, in coordination with the Charity and Social Welfare Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Hue City and the Binh Dien Commune Youth Union, organized the "Winter Volunteer Program" 2025 at Hong Tien Primary School.

Representatives of the program presented scholarships to the students.

On this occasion, the program donated 100 cartons of milk to children, along with 2 tons of rice and 200 sets of warm clothing to the people of Binh Dien commune. In addition, students of Hong Tien Primary School received 130 warm uniform jackets, and 30 scholarships (worth 500,000 VND each) were awarded to underprivileged primary and kindergarten students.

Ho Thi Khanh Van, Secretary of the Youth Union of Party agencies in Hue City, said that the units have proactively coordinated and effectively mobilized resources from many agencies and organizations to support the program, contributing to ensuring social welfare in disadvantaged areas. Through this, they have spread the pioneering spirit and responsibility of young people in jointly addressing urgent social issues; and affirmed the role, position, and responsibility of Youth Union members and young people in the city's Party agencies towards their homeland and country.
