According to Pham Vi Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the University's Youth Union, July is the peak month of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign implemented by the Youth Union and Student Association. Besides the "front" in the islands (Tho Chau Special Zone), there are 19 other "fronts" in provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region and Dak Lak province, with a total of over 600 student volunteers participating. Activities focus on contributing to the development of urban and rural civilization; social welfare activities, with an emphasis on gratitude and repayment, caring for ethnic minorities and disadvantaged households, and building beneficial summer playgrounds for children. Notably, in each "front," the university's youth have established a "Digital Literacy Team" to support people in digital transformation across various fields.
