(CT) - From July 5 to 12, the youth of Nam Can Tho University organized the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in Tho Chau special zone, An Giang province.

There are 30 officers and students participating in the campaign with many activities: deploying the "Digital Education for the People" team (propaganda, guiding people to use online public services, electronic payments and use social networks in a civilized and safe way); organizing activities to protect the marine environment and propagandize to students about sea and island sovereignty ; visiting and giving gifts to policy families, households in difficult circumstances and training life skills for children.

According to Mr. Pham Vi Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union, July is the peak of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign deployed by the Student Union - Association. In addition to the sea and island "front" (Tho Chau special zone), there are 19 other "fronts" in provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region and Dak Lak province, with a total of more than 600 volunteer students participating. The activities focus on participating in building urban civilization and new rural areas; activities for social security, in which the gratitude movement is emphasized, taking care of ethnic minorities, households in difficult circumstances and building useful summer playgrounds for children. Notably, in each "front", the school's youth have established a "Digital Education for the People" Team to support people in digital transformation in all fields.
