The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to a report on land price content to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023.

On November 6, Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Land Valuation Council chaired a meeting to listen to a report on consulting on the contents of adjusting, supplementing, and removing land prices from the price list of land types for the period 2020-2024 and regulating the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in the province to submit to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023.

Implementing the adjustment and supplementation of Decision No. 14/2020/QD-UBND dated May 19, 2020 on promulgating the price list of land types for the period 2020-2024 of the Provincial People's Committee and proposing the coefficient of land price adjustment in 2024 in the province, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has coordinated with the consulting unit to draft a report on adjustment, supplementation, and removal from the land price list based on the common price coefficient on the market at the present time for agricultural land, production forest land, protective forest, special-use forest, aquaculture land, commercial and service land and non-agricultural production and business land. At the meeting, relevant departments, branches and localities focused on giving comments, discussing and basically agreeing with the draft contents; at the same time, proposing that the consulting unit should adjust the price of some residential planning areas, keeping the land price list in resettlement areas unchanged; Update additional specific land prices on routes...

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested members of the Provincial Land Valuation Council, agencies, units and localities to focus on reviewing the adjustment, supplementation and promulgation of price lists for each type of land in the province in accordance with the general level of localities, ensuring harmonious benefits between the State, people and businesses. Along with that, continue to study, absorb comments and contributions, supplement and complete the content of the report for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval at the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023 in accordance with regulations.
