The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee received the "For the Poor" Fund and the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund.

On the afternoon of July 29, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province held a ceremony to receive the "For the Poor" Fund and the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund donated by comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and philanthropists.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development ( BIDV ) presented funding to support the Fund "For the Poor".

At the ceremony, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council presented 300 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund and 50 million VND to the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund supported by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province.

According to comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, although the Party and State have implemented many policies on investment and socio-economic development, especially the National Target Programs. However, Dak Lak is still a difficult locality, with many poor households and housing difficulties, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority areas. Therefore, the "For the Poor" Fund donated in Dak Lak province will serve the work of building houses for people with housing difficulties in Cu Kuin and Cu Mgar districts. People having a stable place to live will be a prerequisite for economic development, focusing on labor production to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. In addition, the fund donated in Dak Lak province will contribute to better performing the work of "repaying gratitude", especially on the occasion of "War Invalids and Martyrs Day"; Contribute to caring for the lives of people with revolutionary contributions, families with preferential policies, etc. to show gratitude to heroes and martyrs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nong Thi Thu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee thanked the leaders of the Central agencies and benefactors for supporting Dak Lak province's fund to carry out social security work and poverty reduction. At the same time, she affirmed that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front will promptly receive and allocate funds to ensure time and progress to soon support difficult circumstances in the province, contributing to promoting the effectiveness of the "For the Poor" Fund and the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund contributed by organizations, individuals and people.
