Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee: Meeting on Front work in the third quarter of 2023

On November 2nd, in Ninh Phuoc district, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province held a conference to review the Front's work in the third quarter and to implement key tasks for the remaining months of 2023. Comrade Le Van Binh, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, presided over the conference.

In the third quarter, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have effectively and comprehensively implemented the proposed contents and work programs. In particular, the work of social supervision and criticism was carried out in an in-depth, focused and key direction. The work of propaganda and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws continued to be innovated and improved; actively mobilizing people to participate in building a clean and strong Party and government; responding to campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in the locality. Social security work and care for the poor were promptly implemented. In particular, over 2.8 billion VND was mobilized from the golf tournament to support the "For the Poor" Fund; 200 gifts were allocated to households in difficult circumstances in the province from the program "Coast Guard accompanies fishermen"; Organizing the forum "Listening to the Voices of the Poor," launching the fundraising campaign for the "For the Poor" Fund in 2023, and pressing the button to launch the program "Building 300 Solidarity Houses"...

Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of efforts and innovation in the activities of the Front at all levels in the province, actively contributing to the socio -economic development, national defense and security of the locality. He suggested that from now until the end of the year, the Front at all levels focus on reviewing and accelerating to complete the programs, plans and tasks set out. Urgently coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to solemnly organize the National Great Unity Day in 2023. Pay attention to and mobilize social resources in implementing social security policies for poor and disadvantaged households. Urgently develop a housing support project for poor and near-poor households for the period 2023-2025. Well implement the preparation work for organizing the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels towards the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029, especially focusing on improving the quality of reports on assessing the situation of great national unity; strictly comply with the personnel selection process; promote propaganda work, launch emulation towards the congress.
