How to receive gifts after booking

After successful booking, the lucky gift box appears on the screen. Note : Only displayed once.
Fill in your booking email, order code and phone number; choose 1 of 6 gift boxes and click “Open gift box now”.
Voucher will be sent to your booking email .
Read the voucher usage instructions in the email to book services and experiences during your stay.

Time and main rules

Applicable days: Double days of the month (June 6, July 7, August 8…), from 0:00 to 24:00 Vietnam time. Promotion is open on December 12.

Service upgrade

Voucher is valid for one stay, cannot be changed, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Provide voucher to reservation department immediately after receiving code for service booking support; subject to room availability at check-in time.

Credit voucher worth 250,000 VND

Applicable to Vinpearl services directly provided at the hotel such as Spa, F&B, laundry...
Not applicable for alcoholic beverages, room service, Golf, VinWonders, Safari and room-related services (additional room purchase, upgrade, surcharge).
No refunds/cancellations/exchanges; each voucher can be used once; only applicable to the booker and staying members; non-transferable.
Present the voucher at the front desk upon check-in for instructions and give it to the staff upon payment for services.

Merchandise Gift Voucher 150,000 VND

Applicable at Merchandise counters at VinWonders during stay; no refund/cancellation/exchange; no transfer.
Present the voucher to the staff at the Merchandise counter upon checkout.

Afternoon tea set

Applicable for 02 guests; each voucher can be used once, no refund/cancellation/exchange; no transfer.
