Over eight years ago, vaccination services, especially those for children, faced numerous difficulties in Vietnam regarding vaccine supply, facilities, and service quality. This resulted in many children not receiving all necessary vaccinations, forcing many families to take their children abroad for vaccinations or pay very high prices.
Faced with these challenges, on June 29, 2017, VNVC established its first center in Hanoi . After nearly 8 years, the system has reached nearly 200 centers, striving to build and position itself as a high-quality, safe, and professional vaccination service at a reasonable cost. VNVC has also made efforts to bring dozens of new-generation vaccines and scarce vaccines to Vietnam, importing hundreds of millions of doses of high-quality and essential vaccines, especially over 30 million doses of AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine to contribute promptly to the fight against the pandemic.
VNVC is proud to be the unit that brought 30 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine to Vietnam and handed them over to the Government on a non-profit basis. Simultaneously, it has deployed hundreds of vaccination teams to participate in the rapid Covid-19 vaccination campaign, protecting the health and lives of the people.
In particular, VNVC is also a vaccination center that has invested heavily in a cold chain system and cold storage facilities to preserve vaccines in each vaccination room, ensuring customers receive genuine, high-quality, and safe vaccine doses. The vaccine cold storage system at VNVC is equipped with three power sources, ensuring vaccines are stored in optimal conditions even during power outages. Cold storage, cold chain systems, and specialized refrigerated vehicles are core components that enable VNVC to safely administer vaccines and ensure the ability to store large quantities, mitigating vaccine shortages nationwide.
VNVC has a large and modern GSP-certified cold storage system, including nearly 200 central cold storage facilities and 4 general cold storage warehouses for storing internationally quality vaccines.
Not only does VNVC excel in vaccination services, but it also understands the difficulties faced by many families with young children and elderly people with underlying health conditions who wish to receive vaccinations but lack the financial means. With the trust and cooperation of many banks, VNVC was one of the first units in Vietnam to implement an interest-free installment payment program for vaccination packages for customers with payment cards from partner banks starting in July 2018. Notably, from July 2023, VNVC and Mcredit – a member of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) and SBI Shinsei Bank (Japan) – have joined forces to offer a groundbreaking "vaccinate now, pay later" financial solution with quick, simple procedures and no interest payments for up to 12 months. In this case, VNVC pays all interest on behalf of the customer.
In just over a year since its implementation, the program has reached its first disbursement milestone of 100 billion VND, supporting nearly 7,000 customers with over 100,000 vaccine doses, including over 15,000 doses of the 6-in-1 vaccine, over 13,000 doses of the flu vaccine, nearly 11,000 doses of the meningococcal vaccine, over 8,000 doses of the Rotavirus vaccine, over 8,000 doses of the Hepatitis A and B vaccines, and nearly 5,000 doses of the HPV vaccine, etc.
The initial disbursement of 100 billion VND under the "Vaccinate First, Pay Later" program demonstrates VNVC's special attention to and readiness to support vulnerable customer groups, the elderly, and especially children in remote areas, ensuring they receive safe, high-quality vaccinations, thereby striving to increase vaccination coverage in the community.
VNVC raises adult vaccination rates to a high level in Vietnam.
The most popular vaccine packages chosen by the public are those for children aged 0-12 months and 0-24 months (accounting for over 70%), primarily serving parents who are factory workers and employees in companies and industrial zones; followed by HPV vaccine packages for adolescents and adults, and vaccine packages for women preparing for pregnancy…
Participating in the "vaccinate now, pay later" vaccination package for children aged 0-24 months at VNVC Hoang Van Thu (Ho Chi Minh City), Ms. NTB Tram (residing in Binh Thanh District) said: "These days, money is in devaluation, and my husband and I are both factory workers, so we don't have much money to spare. Fortunately, thanks to VNVC and Mcredit's installment payment program, I was able to easily purchase the vaccination package with 0% interest, balancing our family's expenses and ensuring my child receives adequate disease prevention."
The VNVC vaccination system has provided free vaccinations and supported tens of millions of children from disadvantaged backgrounds and elderly people living alone for the past 8 years since its establishment.
The VNVC vaccination system has strived to increase the number of vaccination points in remote and rural areas so that people in these places can also access quality vaccines and safe vaccination procedures. To date, the system has nearly 200 vaccination centers in provinces and cities with the motto of bringing vaccines to all Vietnamese people, especially in remote areas.
Continuing its mission to provide Vietnamese people with safe, high-quality vaccination services at reasonable costs, and constantly improving service quality standards to meet the diverse vaccination needs of various customers, on August 3, 2024, the VNVC Vaccination System launched the VNVC VIP Vaccination service and introduced a priority vaccination area.

The VNVC VIP vaccination area offers a private, luxurious, and upscale space, separate from the standard vaccination area, enhancing the experience for busy customers or those who need quick vaccinations, ensuring privacy and eliminating waiting times. Not only does it guarantee a safe vaccination process and infection control according to a closed-loop system, but VIP vaccination clients also receive post-vaccination monitoring and check-ups from nurses right at their seats.

At VNVC VIP Vaccination Center, customers also receive body composition analysis using the new generation InBody 770 machine, capable of in-depth analysis of over 50 important body indicators. Children are provided with a dedicated, modern play area equipped with many toys that stimulate creativity according to the Montessori educational method.
