Over the past 5 years, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission (CMC), the Ministry of National Defense , and the efforts and determination of the entire Party Committee, the Logistics Academy has excellently completed all tasks. That is the solid foundation and luggage for the Logistics Academy to comprehensively complete the targets and tasks in the new term. Thoroughly grasping and implementing the resolutions, directives, and projects of the Central Committee, the CMC, and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training; Resolution of the Academy Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, Party committees, Party organizations, and commanders at all levels have focused on leading and directing the implementation to comprehensively complete the targets set out in the resolution.

Focus on innovating the content, form, and methods of practical training, drills, and internships; testing, examining, and defending theses and dissertations; building and perfecting 41 training programs for subjects in the direction of standardization, ensuring inheritance, connectivity, integration, and development at all levels and grades; reducing theory, increasing practice, and being close to reality. The Logistics Academy is a pioneering training institution, determined in building programs and organizing training for new subjects, meeting the requirements of merging the logistics-technical sector (HC-KT). The work of testing and ensuring the quality of education and training has many innovations, achieving good results. The Academy has resolutely and effectively implemented the digital transformation plan in education and training; invested reasonably in resources to build and upgrade the system of facilities and training equipment, well meeting the requirements of the tasks.

The Party Committee of the Academy leads, directs the organization, management, and operation of training in a strict, scientific , focused, unified, synchronous, and flexible manner. The content, form, method, and scale of the exercises are innovated, with the participation of agencies and units in the entire army, close to the actual combat situation. The Academy is a bright spot in the entire army in terms of coordination with agencies and units in the Army. At the same time, it concretizes the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit"; focuses on training and building a team of good quality teachers; during the term, 15 teachers have achieved the title of excellent teacher at the Ministry level, 214 excellent teachers at the Academy level, 115 excellent teachers at the faculty level; participating in competitions at the army and national levels with high achievements.

The Party Committee of the Academy has led and directed resolutely and effectively the scientific research work, military scientific information work, and the magazine. It has seriously implemented resolutions, programs, and tasks of science, technology, environment, and the policy of building a smart school, creating breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. During the term, it has completed research on 351 topics and initiatives at all levels, including 1 State-level topic, 6 ministerial-level topics, 60 industry-level topics... Cooperation, transfer, and application of research results on topics and initiatives in the field of military logistics science and technology have been promoted. The Academy is a typical unit in implementing scientific, technological, and environmental work. Military scientific information work has been maintained in a disciplined manner; the Military Logistics Scientific Research Journal operates in accordance with its principles and purposes, ensuring prestige and quality.

The leadership and direction of building a politically strong Academy have achieved many outstanding, solid and in-depth results. The Academy has widely and effectively implemented resolutions and projects on social sciences and humanities education, political education, information and propaganda work; contributing to raising awareness of cadres, students, employees and soldiers. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have been well implemented with many good and effective models and practices. The emulation and reward work and the Victory Emulation Movement have had many innovations. The Academy has renovated and embellished the national monument - the location of the first training class and the stationing of the Supply Cadre School, the predecessor of the Logistics Academy; it is a red address for organizing tours, studying and educating traditions for the subjects. The mass work, mass mobilization and policies have had many innovations, and the quality has been improved.

The Party Committee of the Academy has led and directed the drastic implementation of the work of building regulations, training discipline and administrative reform associated with digital transformation, creating a clear change. Strictly implementing the decision on adjusting the organization and staffing. Well implementing defense foreign affairs activities, the forces on duty at the United Nations peacekeeping missions have excellently completed their tasks. Ensuring good information technology infrastructure to serve the construction of e-Government, the rate of work records processed in the digital environment reached 98.8%, the Academy is a typical unit in the whole army in implementing administrative reform and digital transformation. Ensuring good administrative-technical and financial management to promptly meet the requirements of the tasks. Effectively applying science and technology to production, animal husbandry and processing; implementing the model of ensuring administrative-technical management combined with training for the subjects with practical results.

The work of building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Academy has achieved many positive results. Synchronously and effectively deploy solutions to build a strong Party Committee of the Academy in terms of politics and ideology. Well organize the study, dissemination, and training to raise awareness for cadres and party members about the Party's policies, guidelines, and military and defense viewpoints in the new situation. Timely orientate ideology, unify awareness on complex and sensitive issues, contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, and trust of cadres and party members in the Party's leadership. The Academy is a typical unit that actively participates and achieves many achievements in the Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

The Party Committee of the Academy has been built strong in organization, strictly adhering to the principles of organization and party activities, especially the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism. The system of working regulations and leadership regulations for key aspects of work has been supplemented in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Party Committee and Party organization and implemented in a unified and synchronous manner. The quality of party activities, especially leadership activities, self-criticism and criticism, has been improved. In the coming years, the work of HC-KT and finance will have changes and adjustments compared to the previous combat methods, posing higher requirements for innovation in training HC-KT and finance cadres at all levels for the entire army. On that basis, the Party Committee of the Academy has identified the breakthroughs that need to be focused on: Innovating content, programs, teaching methods, building the Academy into a prestigious center for education and training of HC-KT and finance in the country and region. Promoting research, application of science, technology, innovation, improving foreign language and information technology skills, comprehensive digital transformation, building a smart Academy. Improving the quality of formal construction and discipline management; building a team of cadres and teachers with sufficient qualities and capacity to meet the requirements of the task; promoting the cultural values of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period.

To effectively implement breakthroughs, the Party Committee of the Academy determines to focus on leading and directing the synchronous, drastic and effective implementation of tasks and solutions, focusing on the following main contents:

Continue to innovate the program and organize training for subjects, especially innovating the form and method of practical training, drills, internships; exams, tests, thesis and dissertation defenses to improve the quality of training of HC-KT and finance cadres to meet the requirements of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army.

Resolutely implement the construction of "Smart Schools" according to the policy of the Ministry of National Defense; promote the application of information technology, simulation technology, artificial intelligence, shared databases in management, operation, and supervision of training activities and drills. Pay attention to and take care of building a team of teachers and educational managers who meet the prescribed standards; promote international cooperation, foreign language and information technology training, and improve the quality of the staff of HC-KT and finance.

Improve the quality of scientific research, compile textbooks and training materials to meet the development requirements of education and training tasks. Continue to research and propose to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense solutions to ensure HC-KT and finance in accordance with modern combat methods and high-tech weapons. Promote the Creative Youth Movement; strengthen coordination in research, application, and transfer of topics and initiatives into practice, improving the quality of service to soldiers.

Improve the quality of formal construction, discipline and law enforcement, digital transformation, administrative reform, e-Government development towards digital Government. Ensure good administrative-technical work, finance for tasks, improve soldiers' lives.

Improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the contingent of cadres and Party members; strengthen the inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; regularly innovate the methods and leadership styles of Party committees and organizations at all levels. At the same time, focus on propaganda, education and emulation work, arouse the honor, pride and responsibility of each cadre, lecturer, student, employee and soldier in the cause of building and developing the Academy.
