DNO - The restaurant, which is more than 200 square meters wide, was determined to be illegally built right on the front of Huyen Tran Cong Chua Street (Group 58, Ngu Hanh Son Ward), but the local authorities are still "fumbling" and have not yet taken strong measures to handle it.

On October 10, Mr. Nguyen Duc Viet, Vice Chairman of Ngu Hanh Son Ward People's Committee, said that up to now, the Ward People's Committee has not yet handled the case of Laluna restaurant illegally built on Huyen Tran Cong Chua Street. The reason is that the ward's functional agencies have not reported or proposed a solution.

Immediately after that, Mr. Nguyen Duc Viet assigned the Department of Economic Infrastructure and Urban Affairs to coordinate with the Center for Public Service Provision to report all contents related to Laluna restaurant to the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son ward on Monday (October 13). Based on the report, a definitive solution will be given.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Nhi, Deputy Director of the Center for Public Service Supply of Ngu Hanh Son Ward, said that after receiving feedback from residents of Group 58 (Ngu Hanh Son Ward) about Mr. VBC's family illegally building Laluna restaurant on the land on Huyen Tran Cong Chua Street, the center sent a force to inspect urban rules to work and make a record with Mr. C's family.

Initially, the functional forces of Ngu Hanh Son ward determined that this land area is more than 200 square meters wide, has no land use right certificate and no construction permit. Also according to Mr. Nguyen Nhi, when Hoa Hai ward (old Ngu Hanh Son district) was still there, the functional forces of the ward had repeatedly drawn up records to handle illegal construction, but then the restaurant owner secretly started doing it again.

On the afternoon of August 26, the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son Ward held a meeting with the authorities and Mr. VBC's family to propose measures to deal with the illegal construction of Laluna restaurant, owned by Mr. C. Accordingly, the authorities requested Mr. VBC's family to dismantle the illegal construction within 72 hours, starting from the afternoon of August 26. After the above-mentioned time, if Mr. C's family does not voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction, the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son Ward will take the next steps and organize enforcement and demolition according to regulations.

However, according to the records up to now, the business and trading activities of Laluna restaurant are still going on normally. A resident of group 58, Ngu Hanh Son ward said indignantly: "Previously, when my family just poured materials to repair the house, immediately the urban code inspection force came to check the construction permit. However, I don't understand why the huge illegal construction of Laluna restaurant located right on Huyen Tran Cong Chua street was not resolutely handled by the local authorities, and the illegal construction was not dismantled?".
