The festival attracted 12 booths of businesses with recruitment needs in a variety of fields and industries, labor export companies in potential markets, and vocational training schools.
During 1 day, workers, students, members... were informed and introduced about the programs of sending workers to work abroad for a limited period - non-profit implemented by the Overseas Labor Center; Information about businesses operating in the province and the recruitment needs of businesses; Information on recruiting workers to work abroad under contracts; signed between the leaders of Dien Chau District People's Committee and recruiting units and businesses.
Also within the framework of the program, union members and young people also met and discussed with experts on career orientation, organized consulting, job introduction, and direct recruitment interviews between businesses and candidates at recruitment booths. Employment service units and businesses also resolved unemployment insurance for 250 workers in Dien Chau district.
In 2022, Dien Chau district will have 5,120 workers with new jobs, of which 2,500 will go to work abroad and over 1,000 workers will receive vocational training and jobs.
