There are 2 project land plots in Nghi Son Town, belonging to Binh Minh, Xuan Lam, Nguyen Binh wards and Nghi Son Economic Zone.
There are 2 project land plots in Tho Xuan district.
There is a project land in Yen Dinh district.
Specifically, 9 land plots of the Projects in Thanh Hoa City, including:
- Social housing in Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city has an area of 0.42 ha;
- Social housing subject to local adjustment of detailed construction planning at scale 1/500 Lot 2, Lot 3 under zoning planning at scale 1/2000 of Quang Hung ward, Thanh Hoa city, with an area of 0.97 ha;
- Social housing area Lot A - TM3 Dong Huong Urban Area, Thanh Hoa City, has an area of 1.44 hectares;
- Social housing at the residential area project along both sides of the CSEDP Project road (Dong Son ward), with an area of 1.95 hectares;
- Social housing in the new urban area project under project number 4, new urban area in the center of Thanh Hoa City (Dong Hai ward), with an area of 1.41 ha;
- Social housing in the urban area east of North-South Avenue, Thanh Hoa City (Nam Ngan Ward), with an area of 1.16 ha; Social housing in Phu Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City, in the resettlement area of Phu Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City (MBQH No. 73/UBND dated June 13, 2005) (Phu Son Ward), with an area of 1.64 ha;
- Social housing in the resettlement area of Quang Thanh ward (land lot coded NOXH 01 according to the adjusted detailed planning approved by Thanh Hoa City People's Committee in Decision No. 11198/QD-UBND dated November 2, 2022) (Quang Thanh ward), with an area of 0.63 ha;
- Social housing in residential areas on both sides of National Highway 1A from Hoang Long Bridge to Thanh Hoa City Youth Volunteer Monument (Ham Rong Ward and Nam Ngan Ward), with an area of 0.83 ha;
- Social housing in the HTKT of the commercial, office and residential service area of Dong Huong Urban Area (Dong Huong ward), with an area of 0.39 ha;
- Social housing in Phu Son ward belongs to Dong Nam residential area, Tan Tho village, Dong Tan commune, Phu Son ward, Thanh Hoa city (Phu Son ward), with an area of 1.09 ha.
2 land plots of the Projects in Nghi Son Town, including :
- Social housing in Binh Minh ward, Xuan Lam ward, Nguyen Binh ward, with an area of 2.51 ha;
- Nghi Son LNG Thermal Power Plant in Nghi Son Economic Zone, with an area of 68.2 hectares.
2 land plots of the Projects in Tho Xuan district, including:
- Social housing under Project No. 02 Sao Mai New Urban Area, Lam Son - Sao Vang, Xuan Thang Commune (now Sao Vang Town) has an area of 2.59 hectares;
- Project of regional centralized waste treatment area in Xuan Phu commune, area of 25 hectares.
1 Project land in Yen Dinh district is: Social housing in the Northwest Industrial Cluster, Quan Lao town, with an area of 7.48 hectares.
