To achieve sustainable economic development coupled with social responsibility and environmental protection, Acecook Vietnam has been implementing practical activities such as providing quality products, improving employee welfare, utilizing renewable energy, protecting the environment, and making positive contributions to the community, all with the goal of a better future. Developing products that enhance nutritional value and bring happiness to consumers: As a leading instant noodle company in Vietnam, Acecook Vietnam recognizes its responsibility to provide high-quality, nutritious, and safe products, as well as accurate and scientifically-backed information to consumers. Aiming to enhance the value of the instant noodle industry, Acecook Vietnam has improved its products to be more delicious, convenient, safe, and to provide a joyful experience for everyone using them. Over the years, Acecook Vietnam has continuously researched and added essential vitamins and minerals to its products, such as: adding calcium to Hao Hao instant noodles, providing additional vitamin B12 in Phu Huong vermicelli, and Ohayo instant porridge rich in fiber. Notably, its exported products are labeled Gluten-free, Vegan, etc., giving international consumers peace of mind when choosing products based on their specific needs. The company simultaneously maintains accurate and scientific communication about instant noodles, as well as promoting and guiding consumers to eat a balanced diet according to nutritional formulas, through a series of workshops and educational programs on food safety and nutrition for women's associations, students, and young people in localities nationwide. Beyond nutrition education, the company also organizes workshops and educational activities on environmental protection, the "Live Green, Live Healthy" program, waste sorting, etc., to raise community awareness.

In particular, the company has expanded its factory tour programs, welcoming approximately 10,000 visitors annually to its factories nationwide. This provides consumers with the opportunity to directly observe the production process, building trust and reassurance about product quality, as well as guiding them on how to use the noodles scientifically . This also allows the company to connect more closely with consumers, listen to feedback, understand their needs, and thereby make appropriate improvements to ensure superior quality for both products and services. Building a happy and inspiring work environment: One of the key factors contributing to Acecook Vietnam's success on its sustainable development journey is its focus on human resource development. A positive work environment, an inspiring corporate culture, and respect for human values have created a strong bond among over 6,000 employees at Acecook Vietnam. To build a sustainable workforce, Acecook Vietnam focuses on promoting a culture of innovation through flexible initiatives and policies, encouraging employees to develop their abilities and propose creative ideas. With attractive welfare policies and an open corporate culture, Acecook Vietnam not only retains talent but also creates conditions for them to maximize their potential. These efforts have helped Acecook Vietnam proudly rank among the Top 5 best workplaces in Vietnam in the FMCG industry in 2024, affirming its effective human resource development strategy and creating a strong appeal for employees. Promoting sustainable production and contributing to protecting the green planet : Following its sustainable development orientation, in 2024, Acecook Vietnam made significant strides in minimizing its environmental impact. Notably, this included the transition of packaging for instant noodle cups, bowls, and trays to environmentally friendly materials: using paper cups instead of plastic cups for Modern, Handy Hao Hao, and Caykay products, as well as the initial trial of eliminating plastic forks in mini instant noodle cups. Despite increased production costs due to packaging changes, Acecook Vietnam remains committed to promoting improvements aimed at reducing plastic usage, minimizing plastic waste, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. This effort not only positively impacts consumers and strengthens brand trust but also makes a practical contribution to environmental protection. Towards sustainable instant noodle products that contribute to environmental protection, Acecook Vietnam focuses not only on minimizing plastic waste but also on transitioning to clean energy. Accordingly, since 2021, the company has installed a boiler system using liquefied natural gas (LNG) imported from Japan, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 43%, NOx emissions by 70%, and completely eliminating SO2 emissions compared to coal-fired boilers. By 2023, Acecook Vietnam will gradually transition to biomass boilers, utilizing agricultural by-products from its remaining factories. Acecook Vietnam aims to complete the transition to clean energy at all its factories by 2025, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, saving energy, protecting the environment, and combating climate change.

Furthermore, Acecook Vietnam also utilizes green energy from solar power systems to produce instant noodles. The rooftop solar power system installed at the main office building and factory in Ho Chi Minh City can provide an average output of approximately 900,000 kWh/year. This amount of electricity is equivalent to the electricity used to produce about 3.6 million packets of Hao Hao instant noodles. In addition to serving production, the generated electricity is also used for the operations of the main office building in Tan Binh Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, where nearly 400 employees work. This environmentally friendly green energy system not only contributes to reducing emissions and optimizing costs in Ho Chi Minh City but is also being expanded to the Vinh Long factory, expected to be operational in 2026, further affirming Acecook Vietnam's commitment to sustainability. Bringing happiness to the community, realizing sustainable development goals. Acecook Vietnam's sustainable development journey is also clearly demonstrated through its commitment to social responsibility, through charitable activities, contributions to the development of sports and culture, and improving the quality of life in the community.
